Re: 1/SAE

It is probably the Sales History update job not being run.

2 options depending upon which version of the software you are using:-
1) Older versions - Invoice print runs it immediately, as part of its' job.
2) Newer versions - there is a separate option to update it.

The above is applicable if NO updates are going through at all.

If only "some" data is missing - please check Item Master File settings etc.
 - as it can be switched on/off at that level.

When checked in option 1/SAE i.e. 'Sales History Enquiry' the sales figures are 
not seen updated. What must be the reason please help.
