I'm certain you can appreciate that there is not a 'public' published price
list. I don't know of any ERP vendor that has such a public published list.
I do know that INFOR has an internal suggested list price that is the same
list price whether you are direct or an affiliate. There are also internal
published guidelines on how and when discounts must be submitted for
approval, who has to approve and when discounting is appropriate. This is
not to imply that discounting does not take place, nor that it is not
generously offered.

Each of us is human and can make mistakes. Affiliates make mistakes too.
Infor understands this so if there is a complaint, the weight of the
complaint is dependent upon the number of similar "mistakes" that the
affiliate has made in the past. Of course, intentionally providing false
information is not only immoral, but will get the affiliate terminated.
I've not known of an affiliate being terminated for one instance as usually
it is an honest mistake. But I have known affiliates (back in the Marcam
days) that have been terminated "effective immediately" with penalties
applied that have been caught intentionally misleading clients.

I hope this answers your questions.

Kevin

Kevin,

Please point everbody to the Infor site that shows the published
prices so everybody can compare direct $ against affiliate $. When you
do that I will believe your other statements too. We do not have the
affiliate of record anymore so why write such a big email reply back
to me. We were unhappy and moved 3 years back. Nobody ever called to
see if we were satisfied. We made the effort and it was OK and we are
still running Infor software. That is good for everyone and you too.

** By the way providing false information one time is too much. You
said consistently provided false information. What are you thinking
there.

Regards,

R.K
