My pleasure to participate in this list.  I would also like to encourage everyone to continue airing issues on this list and on the XA Community on Infor 365.  If I respectfully disagree, I'll say so (you may have noticed).  However, we have issues like anyone else, and we need to hear feedback so that we can correct issues as best we can.

In particular, when we inconvenience our customers, or when we miss the boat on a delivery.  I understand the occasional rant - frustration happens.  I can assure you that the entire Infor team will try to work it out, in keeping with both good customer service and keeping ourselves in business.

As I have said (and will repeat), we want you to be a customer for the next 10-20 years - and we need to still be in business that long.  That's a balancing act, but if there is good will we will find a way.
