MAPICS Browser: IFM A/P Payment History w/ Purchasing Info

Good morning / afternoon: We need to have a MAPICS Browser solution that will help us gather IFM A/P Payment History with Purchase Orders information. The client want to enter the vendor name or number and the system should present all the payments done in a specific period of time (date range). Data elements that we should have at least available are: item revision data elements, purchase order information and payables information like price paid, payment date, etc. I would like to know if this is feasible with the existing objects in the browser. If not, can I build something using Query/400? Please advise.
