We had great success with implementing COM_Net, to the point where we received 80% of our orders via the web.  It was so successful that we were able to completely eliminate order entry staff, and our phone techs handled all remaining order processing via CSM while on the phone.  It's a MAPICS application (OK, Infor/XA), integrates real time into XA COM, and has the additional advantage of staying fully available during XA backups.

We ended up growing the implementation of it to the point where it became a full-service portal (creative use of the main page), and our customers went there for documentation, marketing materials, and more.
