As you should all be aware, INFOR software is all delivered by download. In order to download the software, INFOR contracts has to sign off, and then it is passed to customer support who are responsible to setup the download access. This normally takes 24 hours max. (I've actual ad one time where it took 3 hrs, very good service.) But the EBS is something new, that is actually not separately charged for as it is part of every products foundation. I am working with a client that purchase not only INFOR ERP XA but also INFOR SCM supplyweb and INFOR PM performance management. It appears that there is just some internal process confusion, as I think this morning I finally tracked down the right person in customer support that sets up the download site. She is now researching who approves the signoffs, and then I'm certain it will get setup. So, the answer has it stands right now is that you down load EBS like all other INFOR software. Imagine that. I'll keep the group posted as to status.
