we handled it as floortock.....1 each use per mo,.....with a fixed floorstock quantity on the ( location WIP ).  An assigned planner would see a negative floorstock in the planning screns for the present or future and take action with the shp floor/ maintenace for a replacement isse to  (WIP) or a tool ework
