Re: PowerLink 7.8 loses it connection.

Weston--- Check your Power-Link timeout settings in the application
settings for Cross Application Support of the Environment tab. You can
configure the idle time before Power-Link (and the other power
architecture programs) is closed.

I am have a problem with a remote PC.

We have the PC on a persistent VPN connection.

The problem is that Powerlink 7.8 will timeout after about 15 minutes of

inactivity.  The 7.8 environment is runs on a Auxiliary server that has
MS Windows 2008 standard server

installed. And Powerlink 7.8 also, has the same timeout issue if the PC
is running it on a remote desktop session.

 

Has anyone else ever seen this kind of problem with Powerlink?
