What is "a long time"? Remember that the code is refreshing on log in and therefore depending on systems and network time can very. My system is a very fast system and takes from 30 seconds to 5 min depending on the amount of code and user definitions that need to be refreshed and / or loaded. We have had many detailed discussions on this topic.
