My company uses a third party software called ACOM for our form overlays and also use it for emailing and faxing of our order acknowledgements and invoices. For archiving we use another 3rd party software called Metafile. It stores all of our month end reports, invoices and acknowledgements, original purchase order from the distributor, and other internal documents. Hope this helps.
