If given the choice, I would do the V5R4 move. Not likely to have issues with stuff running in S/36 environment. Not certain about the V6R1 move since it does recreate the objects. Don't know if 36 environment stuff migrates or not. ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- From: "Mark Murphy/STAR BASE Consulting Inc." <[email protected]> Reply-To: MAPICS ERP System Discussion <mapics-l-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected]> Date: Mon, 21 Dec 2009 16:47:12 -0500 >I am trying to find out what it would take to upgrade an old AS/400 with Mapics on it. I am trying to get information from Infor, but they haven't been particularly helpful so far. > >Mark Murphy >STAR BASE Consulting, Inc. >mmurphy-Dy4KJ/[email protected] >_______________________________________________ >This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list >To post a message email: MAPICS-L-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] >To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, >visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/mapics-l >or email: MAPICS-L-request-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] >Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives >at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l. > > > _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list To post a message email: MAPICS-L-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/mapics-l or email: MAPICS-L-request-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l.
