Re: Windows 7 and PowerLink 7.8

I've found a number of newer laptops no longer have the XP-downgrade option.  I assume MS is either limiting or pulling the OEM licensing (and yes, I know what happens when you assume).  But MS is making it VERY clear that they want everyone on 7.

If I am not mistaken when you buy a computer you can still downgrade to
Windows XP.

Login Failed: EJB System is not available.

I have the log file if anyone is interested.

Infor support seams not to want to help me with this, since
they are not supporting Windows 7 yet. And since you can't buy a new PC
with XP on it anymore. I would think that they would get onboard with
Windows 7.
Normally support is really good, but in this instance, I think they are
being short sighted.

A .EBJ file is an Error Checking Object file.
Is your error telling you that it can't open the ebj file?

I am guessing that the "E" means enterprise but I am not going to  
guess what the "BJ" means. :). Are you sure it is not ESB (enterprise
