And I will concur with that. 31.17 did fix the EJB error with Windows 7 with a workstation here. Windows 7 is somehow blocking the program. Problem is, not sure how it is doing it. I told the firewall to allow it, turn off user control. And going back to XP on this machine is not a option right now.
