Vanessa We are 1/2 way through a PM 10 BE (Business Edition) implementation. The training for the IT staff is steep depending upon their experience with Data Warehousing applications. We are just now in the process of loading the default templates which changed recently for BE. Be certain to have the current code. Also, note that by design PSO has setup customers to have a negative experience if they are not involved. Note that the spreadsheet referred to in chapter 2 of the manual is ONLY available if you engage PSO. If you can live within the current user defined category (dimensions) which is limited to 4, you should, in theory be OK.
