I haven't done the Price Book Offline before, but here are the files used.

MBL4CPP Offline Price book header - Version
MBLMCPP Offline Price book detail - Pg 1
MBLNCPP Offline Price book detail - Pg 2A
MBLOCPP Offline Price book detail - Pg 2P
MBLPCPP Offline Price book detail - Pg 3A
MBLQCPP Offline Price book detail - Pg 3P
MBLRCPP Offline Price book detail - Pg 4
MBLSCPP Offline Price book detail - Pg 5
MBLLCPP Offline Price book Header

What version are you at?

We are at XAR6.  This came with a library called ERLCOM6 and there is a 
command there called ERLCOM6.  This shows all of the relationships in COM.

How do I off-line load a price book? I don't see that option in CAS in
the Load Data From Offline Files
