I guess I need a offline load course for Dummy's.
I got a OBDC link made. I want to use a Excel file.
But not sure how to go from here. I been reading the 
CAS manual. But that's only a outline of sorts.

I have used the offline loads from 6 through 7.7. They work very well.
The only caution I would give you, is to limit the size of the items you
are updating at one time. Depending on your system i, it may take over
an hour to complete. That may not be a problem but that's only if there
were no errors, otherwise you will have to run it all over again, after
you correct the errors.

What version are you at?

We are at XAR6.  This came with a library called ERLCOM6 and there is a 
command there called ERLCOM6.  This shows all of the relationships in
COM.

the Load Data From Offline Files
