Hello All Here is our present problem: When a customer calls in, we have to track the package via UPS website and either tell them the status or email them a link to the page. It would be great if we could automatically email a shipment confirmation with tracking number, etc when the order leaves our building. If we can solve this problem, this would save a fair amount of time. How are you folks doing this?
