Hello,

You could write something to go get the UPS info from the web site and
then email a response message.

If you're open to working with an outside vendor, let me know and we
could probably build this for you with a few days of effort.

subject: [MAPICS-L] Shipment Acknowledgement

Hello All

Here is our present problem:

When a customer calls in, we have to track the package via UPS website
and either tell them the status or email them a link to the page. It
would be great if we could automatically email a shipment confirmation
with tracking number, etc when the order leaves our building. If we can
solve this problem, this would save a fair amount of time.

How are you folks doing this?
