Guy, not to come across as condescending, but I would suggest you contract a consulting party familiar with MDCC or MES to help you through the various set ups. Yes, you can backflush by operation where used from a locations associated with the facility. But, this is a project, not a question. My opinion you will spin wheels, time and $$ and still miss an important integral part of setting up for shop floor control.
