By the way, I really admire certain people in this because of the 
professionalism and willingness to help the user community and you are one 
of them, I just have to say THANK YOU because of that (and before I 
forget)...

I am considering the offline process but is not in the top of my list 
because 2 main reasons:

a) I need a dedicated system. 
b) Documentation.  Our local requirements to document our data update 
processes are so tedious and draining that I try to keep processes as 
simple as I can so I can comply with the documentation and at the same 
time, keeping a simple process.

However, if there is no other way, yes: I have already considered offline 
as a potential solution.  I was looking for additional options that may 
take me there.
