We too of had issues with PowerLink dropping sessions. But in our case
it only happens
when the Powerlink is being run directly over a remote VPN connection. I
went to GB for the in house
Network, no problem and the users are happier. So I think Kevin is
correct in that Powerlink is susceptible to network issues. i.e. slow
network speed. I have spent a great deal of time, trouble shooting the
our VPN issue,
And so far it is un-resolved.

Kevin

The most likely cause is network IP address issues. Power-Link is very
susceptable to IP address issues. The most common causes are:

1. IP address conflicts.
2. Laptops being docked, undocked
3. Laptops and PC's going into and out of hybernation.
4. Hubs instead of switchs
5. slow and overloaded switchs
