Not sure if this is true for every install, but our orders show up in history as soon as an order has a shipment. If you do a partial shipment it can be seen in open & history until the order is either shipped complete or deleted. The order source data is in the header info in history. No idea if it is displayed anywhere by default. I've been told that it is automatically sent there after all items are complete. Is there an option to change this? If so, where would I find it? This was brought to my attention while trying to view the source of demand of a purchase order. Once the customer order goes to history, it no longer shows as the source of demand. Thanks in advance! _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list To post a message email: MAPICS-L-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/mapics-l or email: MAPICS-L-request-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l. _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list To post a message email: MAPICS-L-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/mapics-l or email: MAPICS-L-request-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l.
