Currencies (PCURI and CURID) in POITEM

Hi list! I have a record where the Primary currency ID field (PCURI) is blank but the Currency ID (CURID) is "GBX" (British pounds). I am trying to recreate what the user did but I do not know how to do it. Any ideas about how to?
