We implemented Spreadsheet Server about a year ago - no issues so far. For a company of our size (just about five users for the tool) - it's a pretty good solution instead of a slow and outdated FRx that used to crash on a regular basis. The only drawback is a little performance issue sometimes when the multiple sheets are calculating formulas from huge tables. But that's manageable, Most of our accounting users are happy with the product (as much as they could be) Let me know if you have any other questions.
