Hi,

Infor have introduced a new fix policy which I have listed below.
What are your views on this?

"In order to ensure our Infor ERP XA customer’s system stability, we only fix Priority 1 (critical impact) and Priority 2 (high impact) defects on our current Generally Available release and the Current minus 1 release. All lower impact defects, Priority 3 (medium) and Priority 4 (low), will only be fixed in future releases. *

This policy is in support of customers who have expressed concern about the difficulty of managing their production environments regarding fixes and prerequisites related to lower impact issues. The policy makes it easier to manage your production environment and maximize your system stability. The policy also allows us to give additional focus to product improvements and new deliveries for our future releases, another common customer request"
