Peter- How about the following: DELETE FROM AMFLIB.ITMPRC WHERE *Insert your logic here* Or migrate to release 7.8 and you can do a mass delete on ITMPRC within PowerLink. I know this really isn't what your looking for, but I thought I'd try anyway. -Tom Stieger California Fine Wire -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] [mailto:mapics-l-bounces-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected]] On Behalf Of Peter_Vidal-/[email protected] Sent: Friday, April 15, 2011 8:30 AM To: mapics-l-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] Subject: Re: [MAPICS-L] How to mass delete ITMPRC records "Item process records are part of the historical record. they are date effective. If Item Revision or BOM or Routing exists, there will be a record. Deleting them can cause problems with COM, MRP, IM and PCC." Thanks Kevin for your response: I am aware of your important point as well. I already have plans of deleting the routers and bills of these items too and I have a routine ready to do these things but I need to delete the item process records as well. If I do not do it, I cannot delete anything else.
