OBPM Order/MRP recommendation

Hello, We are on Infor XA R7.8 and are looking to start using OBPM to create PO's from Order Recommendation and MRP Recommendation. We would like to be able to create PO comments and/or change the ship via field but unfortunately, it looks like comments cannot be added during this time. How are others accommodating this? Thanks!!
