Gang, Good Afternoon.... Just curious what others are doing in this area. I have a customer with a new I.T. director. (like maybe only 6 months). He has a Manager with over 30 years. They have addon packages and lots of custom code. They have no real documentation. Most is in one or two peoples head. Mainly flowchrating would be a long tedious job. Especially for an outsider. Just wonder what others have and are doing? Is there a 3rd party package that could assist, or do a decent job? Something does not require days of training to use.
