I quickly glanced through the REP user guide (release 6) and it appears
REP does use those fields for scheduling.  I have never used REP, so I
don't really know how.

I know PCC uses the following to calculate scheduling hours for a work
center:
(DLEN1*MCAP1+DLEN2*MCAP2+DLEN3*MCAP3)/MAX(DCAP1,DCAP2,DCAP3).

Also, with PCC and PMC the Work Center Analysis uses the Capacity and
Length fields to calculate the period's Capacity and Utilization.

Are the DLEN1, MCAP1, DLEN2, MCAP2, etc., fields in the WRKCTR file used
for any calculations if PCC is not installed?  We don't have PCC, but we
do have REP and PMC and we're running XAR5.5 green screen (soon to be
XAR9, but this query has nothing to do with it).
