Systems Plus's OTTO (On Time Orders) package, a bolt on to MAPICS, addresses the very need you identify in your posting: What do I have to do to ship this order on time? OTTO can tell you which orders will ship late and, via a single drilldown report, why the order is projected late and what has to be done to get projected late shipments out the door on time __from the moment the order is booked__.
