"Yes the Itemasa/b/c reflect the last "site/item #/revision" combination released to PDM for that item #" Yes Diane... due to the peculiarity and the urgency of the case, I believe that I will work with the user to use the referred files instead. Our current process uses program AMDFEI0R to retrieve the current item revision record; however, I did not wanted to engage in the task of cloning a copy of this program and modify it so we can get the outcome we want.
