Yes, tough job - we do regression testing for each Client update with about 150+ test scripts performed by IT, on a separate test box. For PCM update we have about 300 test scripts to perform, and also involves Business users in that test to do unplanned tests. We find issues and gets them fixed, or put a workaround in place until the issue is fixed - but we also see issues that isn't caught during the testing and found on the production system.
