If you're going from V5R4 to V7R1, make sure you run the ANZOBJCVN command. We thought that we were going to upgrade over Labor Day weekend but found that we had some 3rd party software that won't convert (for example - DataGate, T.L. Ashford, Quadrant). We also have a couple of *PGM objects in AMALIB (rel. 9.1) that are listed as non-convertible that need to be checked out.
