a) Yes, all runs are full runs. b) Since XA handles the conflicts on its own we don't do anything extra to put it in dedicated mode. c) In my experience the net change isn't any faster so we always do a full run. We've installed ISL and CFL which requires running MRP twice for some warehouses. The total MRP/MPSP run was taking about 4 ½ hours. Suddenly it jumped an additional two hours. There's no new data or program changes, we clear recommendations from PLNORD, ORDREV, and REQMTS before each run, we turned off the reports. Short of turning on another processor, what other suggestions are out there to make MRP/MPSP run faster?
