Raymond, I had contemplated suggesting EPAK to some of our folks about general documentation and related; however, I have never been able to come to grips with the named user oriented licensing. If we want to share our documentation with 'every' employee...then we need to license every employee. There is a 'beauty' to the tracking of training and reviewing material; however, I have not been able to get around the shock of licensing every employee as compared to publishing a web page, PDF, ...
