We do some of our own analysis.  The system will maintain days early and days late in the open PO item file, as well as the blanket release file. We extract and combine POs from both open and purged files and do our own calculations.

We have a need to calculate vendor performance before orders are closed.
Our Purchasing Department leave many P.O. s open all year so using the XA
performance isn't working for us.  If anyone is calculating vendor
performance outside of XA can you give an example of which fields and or
files being used to get the vendor performance data.
