Use SQL Server backups and then copy them to the IFS storage and use the SAV command to back up the IFS folder.

How large are the SQL DB's ?

subject: [MAPICS-L] MS SQL server back up to i5

We have some applications running on MS-SQL servers and would like to back up those databases to the i5 storage then off-load to tape as part of the
i5 back up scheme. Anyone doing this today? Can you provide some direction.

Thank you,
Raymond Spears
