SystemLink Problem

I have an INFOR incident regarding this issue, they are working on it.

 

I wanted to see if anyone else has this problem. Upgrading from 7.7 to
9.1 I lost the offline load updates 

 

for price books and base prices.  So I need to use SystemLink, Great, My
issue is with ITRBPR when adding a record.

 

Updates are good. But, when adding a new record, I get an error saying
the quantity break already exist. The QB filed is part of the key.

 

When I add the record, via PowerLink no problem. But when I simulate the
XML above error occurs. The record does not exit.

 

It seems that the last field in the KEY is not being used to verify the
record? The only key values that are changed are: the Amount and the
item effective date.
