   I think the AR Traffic package that is sold through Infor has this as one
   of their components.  (Listed under the ARTC suite of integrated packages)

     that
     you can recommend?
     We are looking for a system that is kept current with any new 'Free
     Trade
     Agreements', other international forms and 'best practices' for

     over the world.
