Integrate XA with Other Products

Hi, I am currently using Infor XA and would like to integrate another product with it. I am in a production environment and have information coming from the floor using another program. However, this program is not connected to Infor. Is there a way I could point this information into someplace either on the server or somewhere in Infor that will have the information "dumped" and updated to be used in Infor. Any help would be appreciated, even if I'm crazy and this can't be done.
