Found some old notes:
1) Data area ZDDCTD must be blank (looks like you have that)
2) If ACS failed, change the SYSCTL record XC, key XMREPT fields:
ACSAC = 4
INSIC = 4
INSTC = 4
CHKPT = blanks
3) go in and out of install tailor.

dedicated mode, how can I get rid of it. Data area ZDDCT is empty.
