What about creating the following tables to store the data: 

Table 1: Pricing Discount Header (PromoID, Total Quantity Required, Price Discount, effectivity dates, other promo related fields)
Table 2: Promo Items (PromoID, SeqID, ItemNumber, other detail fields)

Then you might be able to Use CSM User Exits to change the prices based on looking up data in those files.

Is there a good way to handle a quantity specific promo when it is based on mixed quantity?

 

For example we have product ABC-Black and ABC-White that will get a reduced price when a customer orders 144 in combination of the two.  They are distinct part numbers rather than "S" numbers and we have had another promo where the price is based on a larger mix (3+ items).
