If you check for each of these you may find out more information. If you have a user enter MAPICS and check the system operator message queue, you will see if you are missing the license keys as MAPICS will send a message to the queue. If all else fails, you could call the INFOR folks and have them check out their records using the system serial number. I hope this helps.
