Help locating data in XA

I have been tasked with setting up a cover letter with the following information:
Customer Number
Customer Name
PO Number
Order Number

This information would be for this year. The file could be a history file that I can select year
that we want.
I would like to know what file or files I could get this information from. Hopefully there is one file with this information in it.
