Re: Help locating data in XA

You will have to read:

MBC6REP (to get open sales orders) and 
   * join to MBCJCPP (by company/order type/sales order to get the Purchase Order)
   * join to MBDEREP (by company/customer number to get the alpha sort name)


And merge MBBWCPP (to get historical sales orders, meaning fully shipped and invoiced).  This file contains the Purchase Order and the Customer Name.

You might try a logical on MBC6REP? The PF doesn't have Customer name but some of the logical joins do - e.g. MBC6RES9 ?

C6CANB          Customer number
C6HITX          Alpha sort name
C6CVNB          Quote/order number
C6AAYC          Order number reference

I have been tasked with setting up a cover letter with the following information:
Customer Number
Customer Name
PO Number
Order Number

This information would be for this year. The file could be a history file that I can select year that we want.
I would like to know what file or files I could get this information from. Hopefully there is one file with this information in it.
