I do not know of a file that contains everything you want.

Orders that have been completed or shipped against reside in MBBWCPP 
(exclude orders where the completed date is 0).  New orders reside in 
MBC6REP.

You would need to take the customer number and chain to CUSMAS for then 
name.

I have been tasked with setting up a cover letter with the following 
information:
Customer Number
Customer Name
PO Number
Order Number

This information would be for this year. The file could be a history file 
that I can select year
that we want.
I would like to know what file or files I could get this information from. 
Hopefully there is one file with this information in it.
