Re: PowerLink and Windows 8

We had the same problem, although for us it was just PDFs which would not open, other attachments would open fine.

We have got it working now but am not sure what actually fixed it!  Some things to try:
  - Reinstall adobe reader
  - Update the version of java that XA uses on the client.
  - Try the fix mentioned in KB 1057922
  - Reinstall the client.

We have upgraded some test machines to Windows 8.  PowerLink installs fine and runs fine except attachments will not open.  Has anyone resolved this problem or discovered a work around?
