releasing MAPICS License

I currently have no users logged onto our system yet Work with License Users shows 4 licenses assigned to two of our users. How do I release these licenses so others can access the system? We only use XA for inquiry of historical data so I am sure the users are not properly signing off the system. I do not see any active jobs besides my own.
