Denise,

Infor counts users on a workstation.
If your group profile is signed on to 10 different workstations then it counts as 10 users. If the same user has 10 sessions signed on at one device then it only counts as 1 user.

  I work for a manufacture who runs Mapics they use group profiles instead of individual profiles and I am curious on how many active users can sign on using the group profile?

I have been unable to find any doc's about this and I hope someone can shed some light.
