We use Formtastic and wanted to hook it in for the Host Print to Email functionality. We have this working, but are having the "issue" where it physically prints AND emails it. We found KB 1612334 that sounds like another company also had this issue and has a work around by changing the (Retrieve printer file override command) program. By some small chance is the person who came up with this work around on this list and willing to share some more details on this work around?
